Life goes on

The engine roars from a plane nearby

A dream catcher bangs on its mounted post

 The wind blows so soothingly

People chatter

About gardening ...

Another plane flies by

I write as a child yells “grandpa!” so excitingly

 Parlay is eating

The birds are chirping

Laughter is in the distance

When another plane flies by

I wave at a neighbor

But I do not speak like a mime on grind I do not speak

In a far-sounding distance, another plane flies by... Closer...

Closer

Over my head...

3 or 4 more fly by ...
